My policy has always been replacement or refund for my customers if something I have sewn or crocheted is defective.  Under “normal conditions of play” if something goes wrong, of course I want my customers to be satisfied.  Abusive use of my products does not constitute replacement or refund, however.

I will state here, that in almost 40 years of making and selling doll clothes, I have never had a return because of defective work.  Occasionally I have had an exchange because the wrong size was purchased, and I was more than happy to do that.

The purchase of a trunk or wardrobe to keep the doll clothes in, supports a healthy respect for those precious outfits you have purchased for that special little girl in your life!
